Peer review:

This journal operates a double blind review process. All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor's decision is final.

Article Processing Charge:

Like other Open Access publishers, PPRI journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) once an article is accepted for publication. These charges cover the costs of turning a manuscript into a finished article, as well as the costs of hosting, distributing and promoting an article.


Aims and Scope:

It includes original research papers on basic and applied research in all aspects of plant protection . In additions to original research papers , also published reviews and scientific notes or short communications on critical issues relevant to plant protection. Egyptian Journal of Plant Protection Research Institute including the following topics: Molecular methods for the detection species of insects and animal pests, , biological control, biorational pesticides, control of animal pests of crops, integrated pest management, new invasive species of insects and animal pests. Papers are published in English.
